The goal of the Bridges Out of Poverty – Getting Ahead Program, is a plan for a person to put themselves in a position to understand economic turmoil and how to better their personal situation by setting S.M.A.R.T goals to get ahead in their personal lives. The participant will individualize their plan and learn how to make contacts in the community to have access to resources that can help them achieve these goals.
