As part of Stress Awareness Month in April, our domestic violence support group will be focusing on the relationship between stress and domestic violence. Throughout the month, we will discuss how stress impacts survivors of domestic violence and explore coping mechanisms. These sessions will include discussions on the physiological and psychological effects of stress, as well as practical strategies for managing stress in the context of domestic violence recovery.
