In this class, we will discuss the many aspects of mental wellness. Once we have identified what mental wellness is, we will talk about things that can be damaging to it, or help build resilience. Finally, we will learn about meditation, and do some practice. There is no wrong way to meditate, but we will show you some of the most popular ways! Build your resilience and use these tips to become the best version of yourself.
